Sara was born and brought up in South Africa, moved to the UK about 12 years ago, is married to Rhys and they have two young children.  As a couple they are part of the leadership team for Christ Church London.

Sara talks about some of her own struggles from the season of life she has been in and shares some timeless wisdom and remedies for drawing strength from God when you encounter difficult times.
