Rachel Foreman completed a gap year placement with us in August 2009.  She served the church for a year as a Frontier Project student, working as a full time volunteer.

Her letters give you an idea of what it might be like to do something like this.  She started the year aged nineteen and had a pretty good time.

Hannah Wagstaff spent a gap year with us.  Her primary responsibility was to work with young people, mainly those within the church.

She was 25 when she started the year and left a career in the Police to explore exactly what youth work might be like.  By the end of the year Hannah ended up with a clear direction to pursue!  She has now moved to Manchester and is working mainly in womens prisons and primarily with young offenders ... read all about it!
