Some people may be natural parents ... but most of us are not ... we simply do the best we can and hope that it will work out OK.  The trouble is, it's all new territory.  Everybody seems to have advice to give - but little of it matches up.  What is the best thing to do?

 

We have access to a range of good parenting materials that are both common sense and straightforward to use. We usually put together a small group of people of between three to five mums or couples.  They meet together in somebody's home once a week for about 6 weeks.  We also provide somebody who leads the group and helps them to discover things which may be new ideas or or different ways of working things out.

 

This sort of group can really help ... and we've found it's never too late to start learning new ideas and doing things better!
